Reporting to the CRO for deepc, this role is primarily responsible for selling to some of the largest global healthcare organisations. The Strategic Account Director will develop and execute a direct sales-based strategy to drive the strategic growth and long-term profitability of our brand.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of deepC.ai by cultivating and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients. The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies, leading complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored AI solutions that meet the unique needs of our global enterprise customers.
Your Challenge
  • Generate new business opportunities for global strategic accounts and align deepc.aiʼs solutions with the specific objectives and challenges of each enterprise account.
  • Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive overall objectives. Due deepcʼs GTM structure, this role will work closely alongside our indirect partners and/or our direct salesforce to lead and manage opportunities.
  •  Lead and/or partner with the team to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, formulating deal structure, managing complex negotiations, closing and maintaining the role as the primary point of contact post-sale.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within the client organisations.
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach to identify and address customer pain points, presenting deepc.ai's AI solutions as the optimal solution. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, pre-sales, engineering, and customer success,to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI
    technologies. Provide strategic feedback to internal teams to influence product
    development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on account status, sales pipeline, and forecast to senior
    management. Utilize CRM tools to track and report on account activity, sales progress, and performance metrics.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales/strategic sales roles, preferably within the healthcare industry selling SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex selling environment.
  • Employs a highly analytical approach to defining client outcomes and articulating value - trained in Miller Heiman, Force Management, MEDDPICC.
  • Moderate (less than 50% travel required; both domestic and international
  • Ability to manage complex operations and multiple projects simultaneously in a
    scaling business environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve business
    objectives.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in working cross-functionally and
    cross-culturally to ensure a win-win environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present
    complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to
    present and speak knowledgeably to the CSuite level
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and explain their value proposition to
    non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelorʼs degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent
    advanced degree is a plus.
  • Must speak English and one or two additional languages.
