Develop and execute an People strategy that aligns with our strategy and support growth
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the People team
Develop and execute a sustainable international recruiting and employer branding strategy
Develop consistent talent attraction and sourcing practices
Collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs and ensure efficient hiring processes
Manage and optimize People operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, off-boarding, attendance, and record-keeping for efficiency and compliance
Implement and maintain HR systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency, and constantly seeking for process improvements and automation
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in various countries, and develop and enforce People policies and procedures
Develop activities to maintain our company culture, employee satisfaction and team health throughout times of rapid growth and multiple time zones
Maintain an effective career framework and development programs to further enrich employee skills and promote career growth
Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market
Develop and track People metrics to measure the effectiveness of People initiatives and guide decision-making
A university degree in Psychology, business administration, economics, or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience as an People generalist
At least 3 years experience as an People leader, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing high-impact people strategies and programs across all parts of the employee lifecycle
Strong understanding of international People practices and employment laws
Experience in setting up, adapting, and improving People policies globally
Proficiency in HRIS and other People-related software
Strategic thinker who can turn People strategies into actionable plans and is hands-on when needed
Proven proficiency in using data and analytics to drive evidence-based People strategies and decision-making
Business Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preference for candidates based in Munich.
